FS: USA Spec PA20-TOY iPod Adapter

I have a used USA Spec PA20-TOY iPod adapter that I have been using in my 2007 IS250. It's been working perfect but since I have an iPhone 5, I would like to get a new solution.

Asking $85 shipped

is this unit still available? does it come with CAS-LEX cable? shoot me your paypal account for payment.
