None of those are upgrades for anyone with a 2002 or earlier, you can use the bottom left CD (serial #86271-33031) as a replacement to your existing CD (scratched or lost) for 2001-2002 Nav systems.

FYI 98GS Nav are hard drive based and do not use CD's, do a search and you'll see that Lexus has recently come up with a new replacement hard drive to update your system.

CD's with 3304X are updates or replacements for 4th generation systems.
