the clip is actually a SIP..You use these to change the frequency inside the amp..the amp already has a 70hz SIP installed and I sent you an extra 90hz SIP in case you wanted to change the frequency..When you take the cover off, you will see a similar SIP installed on the board.If you want to change the SIP all you have to do is use a needle nose plier to pull straight up on it and you install it the same way..BTW-Are you using this amp to push subs???

Make sure that you set the inside switch to low pass(LP) and you should get some nice bass with the 70hz SIP that is already installed..Let me know how it sounds..
