Yes, I got the Airlift struts and 3P management from Josh at Meraki for ~3500, and installed for ~800 by Ger at Gerlicious Performance.
I have never had coilovers, but I can assume that coilovers are stiffer based on dampening settings.
The way that my air is set up, it's a little stiffer than stock, but I always have the option to soften it up if needed. I like airing out and airing up to clear speedbumps/curbs whenever necessary, so I don't scrape my front lip.
I was bone stock except for front lip and Joe Z catback exhaust too, and I was also ridiculed on the wheel gap and SUV status ride height haha.
Next up for me is wheels, but as it sits right now, stock wheels on air is better than stock wheels at monster truck height!
I've gotten many compliments on the way the car looks when aired out, so I'm very happy with the purchase, and recommend it if it is within your budget to do so.
