What are the spring rates? I'd appreciate a short review if that was possible. Particularly about stiffness, NVH, and squeaking.... Cant believe you're parting out!

The coilovers ride just like the OEM setup that comes in the GSF you can adj the stiffness on the front and rear I have it set slightly stiffer then what the car comes factory. No squeaking at all. Over all I like the coilovers best bang for the money, and they are made for everyday driving.
