**I Lowered the price to $31,000 without the extended warranty, If you'd like the extended warranty that I can roll over to the new owner it will be $34K OBO**

Up for sale is my 2011 Lexus ISF with 65,147 miles, I am located in Las Vegas, Carfax shows 3 owners but I was the second owner as I leased it certified pre-owned from my dealership I work at and bought it out resulting as the 3rd owner, The vehicle has 4 remaining years on the Lexus extended warranty which I'm able to transfer to the new owner, If you would like the vehicle without the extended warranty I'll sell it for $31,000, Tire measures at 8/32 front which were replaced last year and rear measure at 5/32, The vehicle is on Auto Zone Duralast Gold brake pads which don't squeak or are dusty at all, It also has Raybestos Rotors all around. All services were done including the 60k. I believe the condition of the vehicle is 7/10, The front of the hood and fenders has a clear bra on it, Vehicle is stock, I never modded it, Just removed the muffler once to see how it would sound. I still owe on the vehicle so if you would like to proceed with the purchase we can arrange a time to meet up with my credit union.

Below is a list of all the visible damages or worn out areas that I would like to state
1. Front bumper is pitted with rock chips
2. Windshield has a crack on it which is about 3 inches long, I had them filled in when I first purchased the car and they haven't spread, I attached a picture of the crack on the windshield.
3. Roof is wrapped black but starting to fade and needs to be replaced.
4. Rear window tint is starting to fade purple.
5. Rear driver side door and quarter panel have been painted by the prior owner.
