Due to too many cars and growing family, 2018 LS 500 has to go...It is literally brand new, have only put on 830 miles since leasing it 2 months ago.

Car has Luxury Package which includes everything but the ottoman which is exclusive to Executive Package.

Thanks Eddie...Although, I've lived in Jersey/De for good 20 years and have done fine with RWD GS & LS with right set of All Weather tires.
However, if you do tons of driving, having one AWD vehicle in the household does make sense.

Car is still available, i can offer cash incentive to a serious buyer to bring payments down even further.

I am really not seeking something this new and nice, but it is intriguing. 7,500 mi is very low, that concerns me. I drive more than double that anually.

Do you know what the purchase price is at the end of the lease? I've never leased before.

You will not find another LS500 for $803 per month on a lease unless you are putting down loads of $$, let alone a Luxury package equipped with an MSRP over $100k.
