Calipers yes. Rotors no. You would need to purchase 2011 Lexus IS350 AWD rotors.

Are these all OEM parts? about how many mm thick is the rotor still?

Yes this is all OEM. Just measured the rears to be 30mm thick, the fronts are 18mm thick
