I used this on our 2010 LS460 for about six months, until we sold the car. It does wonders for the somewhat sluggish throttle response. It makes NO permanent modifications to the car, and has no major effect on MPG.. it's like an "ECT" button with more control. Please look up Pedal Commanders website for more info, instructions, etc. it takes about 60 seconds to install. This unit is in perfect shape, no box though. Asking $190 shipped.
