I wouldn't. When you get new tires the machines typically scratch some of the paint off the rim. It did on mine.
Interesting. I have an Atomic Silver GS F Sport and was getting tired of the stock wheels. I was leaning towards refinishing the wheels in gloss black or matte black. Do you think id run into the same issues on the matte black?
