Have a few parts sitting around that I do not plan on using. Some parts are universal for the is, some are just for the F. All prices are shipped to the lower 48, buyer to pay PayPal fees or send monies as family/ friends.

I have never heard that before. I never programmed this key to my car. I dont know if it was previously programmed or not. I find it highly doubtful that you cant reprogram a used key to a different car....
