Good question. I know they're different between mine and my brothers' 1st Gen, I'm not sure about a USDM 2GS though. I imagine it might bolt up all the same as I didn't have to do anything crazy to get the air box assembly to fit, but I don't have any of the stock stuff anymore to verify...
