FS is a used subwoofer box from a company whose name I can't remember. I had it in a 2007 IS350, so assuming trunk dimensions weren't changed during the lifecycle, it should fit all 4-door 2IS. I had a JL 12w6v2 in there to give you a rough idea of subwoofer dimensions.  Does not include the subwoofer, though I do have the sub and amp available to sell if there is interest.
