I have run out of garage space with the IS-F coming in and need to sell. I am located in North San Diego area.

The bad stuff:
- Timing Cover Oil Leak
- Passenger Side O2 sensor showed faulty (no fault prior to car sitting and not being driven in the last 6 months)
- Front splitter was damaged on a parking concrete car stop. New front splitter included with sale but it is not currently attached.
- The car has 206k miles on it, it is not perfect paint wise and has had paint work done.

The good stuff:
- Car accelerates, brakes and handles great.
    - Acceleration is great with new spark plugs, OEM F-sport intake and OEM F-sport exhaust.
    - Braking is great with OEM F-sport BBK, and larger size 19" Continental Con Extreme Contact Sport (235/35F & 275/30R) (~5k miles on tires).
    - Handling is great with 19" Volk Progressiv TE's and BC Coilovers.
- Dash and door panels replaced under warranty.  No sticky dash here.
- Lot's of other small details like OEM '12 Headlights, OEM F-sport Engine Cover, OEM F-sport floor mats, OEM IS-F Perforated Leather Steering Wheel, CF wrap on interior components, OEM F-sport Floor Mats, etc.

Car is priced for sale at a price lower than the F-sport parts and Volk Wheels cost alone.
