Can somone please help me identify this part?
 

When I returned from the dealer getting window tint applied to by 2019 ES350, this was on the front passenger seat floor. Please help me identify it if you can. My salesman is no help and I'm trying to avoid a 20 mile trip to the dealer (and the time off work) if it isn't necessary.

That looks like the cover plate that goes by the inside door handle. Should snap in.

You are absolutely right. Can't believe that I didn't notice it was missing. Thank you so much. Saved me a trip.
