Talking 01 is300 misfire, throttle bogging, and random shutdowns

Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to read my first post.

I recently bought an 01 is300 that would not start. I have so far changed the timing belt and tensioner, plugs and wires, ocv, cleaned the screen, fixed cracked lines, new vacuum hoses, fuel strainer, fuel filter, tried 4 different maf's, and cleaned the injectors (removed and cleaned)

I have searched around all the lexus forums for the last week with no help on my current problem. at the moment she starts up just fine and idles like a champ, maybe a sputter pr two, however nothing too bad. The problem comes when i try to rev her out, she bogs down from idle until 3500 then jumps up like crazy. I get a misfire code at random times for random cylinders and the traction light blinks. if i attempt to drive her, she is rough in the lower rpm and either jumps like crazy up high or just bogs and when i let off dies while in motion. on my scanner, open loop fuel has a question mark next to it, so does the tp %, and bank 2 sensor 1 O2 sensor.

I was told either a bad throttle body level sensor because of the bogging or a bad fuel pump.

I'm tired and given up hope on fixing her without ripping out my hair. so anywhere to send me looking is much appreciated.
