Hi, would like the opinions of anybody in the field

Considering a possible change, coming from a bmw tech with solid b tech level, 5-6 years exp, came out of a bmw 5 mo. training program straight from tech school, on the line in a flat rate system made 50+hrs a week (given the proper workload)

but...been considering a change, maybe lexus?

How well do transitioning techs work? Do lexus guys do engine tear downs? what kind of work do Master tech status level consist of for lexus? Is there any training for help with transitioning techs?
