Default re-torque drive shaft flange bolts?

"re-torque drive shaft flange bolts." is part of the 30k service. If anyone has a manual can you confirm that these are the 4 bolts on the drive shaft flange located about under the shift console and another 4 where the driveshaft enters the rear differental. Also is 54 foot pounds the correct spec?

I remember DevilDog, Lexus tech and moderator extraordinaire, saying that you needn't worry about retightening those bolts unless it's a 4-wheel drive.
Good enough for me.
Do a search in the maintenance forum, and what he actually said will probably come up.
