I just had a local shop that is very well respected take a look at my 98 GS4. I have been having some issues with popping noises and the steering has been all over the place (the car won't stay aligned). Here is a list of everything they found wrong:

1. Both motor mounts busted
2. Steering gear too tight (if they can't adjust, will need to replace)
3. Lower control arm busing split
4. axle seal on rear differential leaking badly (I have a TRD LSD)
5. differential mounts worn and moving (needs replacing)

What should all this cost? Are these typical repairs?

I know I used to be hard on the car (I used to autocross it, but it became too expensive), so these all may be valid problems with my car...what are your thoughts?
