Weird! Trunk shocks didn't work now it does?
 

For the past 2 days my trunk couldn't stay open (I had to hold it open with my hand or else it would slam shut) so then I figured my shocks are shot. I ordered new shocks and when I went to clean out my carpets, I opened the trunk and WOW the trunks work!? Is God blessing me?? :p Any idea why all of a sudden it's working now? I didn't even do anything to it.

Mabee the weather changed where you live...

Temperature affects the internal pressure. You ordered replacement lifts or shocks?

I ordered shocks. I think I'm going to change it anyway cause I heard that with brand new one, once you open the trunk it will fly open..mine isn't that strong to do that.

That info is false. It will fly open only if you change both that are FOR spoilers and you don't have a spoiler. Even then it will only fly open for a few weeks, then it will stop.

what do you mean by spoiler? like the thing on the back of the trunk? If so I do have that.
