Default Switch or Regulator? (window)

Ok i was told that the regulator was bad on my 95 sc300. I purchased a new regulator and took the door apart to replace it. Before I got too far, I decided to test the window by applying 12v directly to the regulator input harness.. The window went down!... then back up..

So this seems like the switch is the problem? Am i correct in my thinking?

Symptoms:
Driver window does not go down.
Passenger window goes down but not with the driver switch.
Door locks and mirror controls work.
