You'll have to remove it, but most hydraulic equipment and supplies companies can use your existing hose ends on a new rubber hose at a fraction of the cost. Check your local yellow pages.

They charge anywhere from 50-100 dollars Im more than sure that their jobs can more than handle the job because they use hoses for heavy equipment

Another Place
Yep, that place seems to have closed.
but I just talked to : Kims Hose & Fittings Inc
2605 White Settlement Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76107
ph: (817) 332-8953
He says that they repair any type of hoses and will talk to any one that needs help.
I have not tried this place, so I cannot guarantee their service but it is some one to talk to.
I suggest that first you look in your local yellow pages or on Yahoo Yello pages for your area to see if there is someone closer to you. I searched for Hydralic Hose in Yahoo to find Kim's
Good Luck
