Hey - 94 ES 300 has 283,000km good condition except a noise from the exhaust. It's not the muffler but it sounds like a honda civic muffler. Something must be leaking. The mechanic the noise is coming from the front but doesn't know where. Do I need to run an EGR report. I'm going to a lexus dealership soon. Got my front pipe done at 243,000km. Help.

 

Check the Y-Pipe, right underneath the headers on the firewall side. Es300's are notorious for cracking their y-pipes after about 120,000 miles. I patched mine up at mineke for about $150 a year ago
