driver seat swap options on LX
I drove the new 4runner and like the support and seating position on the 4runner so much better than my lx seat.
is it possible to take the seat structure from the 4runner seat and attach that to the rails on the lx470 so that I can still retain the original rails of the LX but run the 4runner or other toyota seat on top of it ?
I have seen some posts where aftermket seats were swapped in place of O***s on the gs400/430's. I took the seat apart which is relatively easy by just removing te 4 bolts. I just want to retain original looks with same color leather/ style etc. without having to put in recaro or other aftermarket seats and at the same time have the choice of using the kind of seat i feel is best to suit my driving style.
any ideas ?
