01 LX rear wiper question
On the 01 LX470, the rear wiper has two settings for the squirt feature.
it can be turned counter clockwise towards the driver, or it can be turned clockwise away from the driver beyond the hi speed settings, for the washer fluid to come out.
Question is : when it is turned counter clockwise towards the driver, only the washer comes out but the wipers do not turn on.
is this normal behavior or has the switch gone bad ?
