oil leak problem

no problem, i could probably tell you what it is for sure if i saw it in person, unfortunately this is the internet,and we cant see everything LOL. another thought would be the Camshaft and Crankshaft seals. since these typically are replaced during a Timing Belt/Water Pump replacement, they usually dont show leaks when the TB/WP is done on schedule. however...mine do leak, the TB/WP has never been changed and as such the cam andcrank seals have blown cause they deteriorate. most engine never see this kind of leak when the TB's are maintained, but that fact, coupled with the cloggedPCV valve did them in on my engine. so have your guy check the C&C seals too.

I almost fell over. The service dept. at Lexus of Memphis gave me a price of $1100 for the rear main seal. Tell me that is not a rip.

RUN FAR AWAY!!!

thats a rediculous price!...H.S.!!!!


$1100 is good ...IF...they replace the Tq converter/main transaxle bearings (the ones on the input shaft) while they are in there.
