Windshield chip

i have a windshield chip smaller than the size of a dime and i'm wondering what would be considered a fair price to fix the chip? i went to a place and got 49 bucks

Last time I had it done in Atlanta I paid $30. Make sure you tell them that you're paying. Not the insurance company.

Not sure how it works back east, but out here in Southern California, AAA will fix the chip for free if you are an annual member.
Saves a few $$$$ to apply towards these crazy gas prices!

Buy a $7.00 kit(they really work) from the parts (Autozone, Discount, etc) store and fix it your self in 30 minutes...
I've doing it for years and get the same results they do........
