Anyone know how this can be done? I did it a long time ago and completely forgot how I did it. I'd like to change it again and could not for the life of me figure it out.

Edit: ok I was mistaken and I never actually was able to change the OCI via tech stream. I read online somewhere it's hard coded? I would very much appreciate if anyone knew how to do this. I would like to change it to reflect the 5k OCI that is required for "Special Service Conditions" in the back of the Maintenance Schedule handbook.
