After arriving at work this morning I noticed I was missing my rear passenger side reflector lamp that's on the bumper. In hopes of not having to go to our local Lexus dealer (a complete rip off), I'm trying to get this replaced by a friend who works on cars. Though his specialty is mainly classics, he offered to attempt to fix this if I buy the parts. My question is this - do I need wiring/housing? I have found the actual light, but in looking at the gaping hole, it doesn't look as though ANYTHING is left in there. I'm wondering how it's actually going to affix to the existing electrical. Keep in mind my electrical/car knowledge is bare minimum. Other than the actual red light that's gone missing, do I need anything else?

On early North American market 200's, the rear reflector is simply that...other markets may get rear fog lights in that spot. Rear fogs were added later and controlled by the headlamp stalk.

It's called the rear bumper reflector and has no wires or lamp. Simply a reflector for when your car is parked on the street. That is unless your vehicle is from a country that has rear fog lamps, which wouldn't be common. Here are the pics of the standard reflector (very inexpensive and simple to replace).
