So I am ready to store my LX570 for a long time. Probably over a year. I disconnected the battery, rotated and inflated all the tires to 45 PSI. Set the suspension to normal height. Changed the engine oil. Is there anything else I am forgetting?

Gasoline stabilizer, and put the truck on the 4 racks.

Personally, I would leave the battery connected, but even if you chose to disconnect the battery I would attach a C-Teck battery maintainer.

According to the manual, the battery should be disconnected if trickle charging to prevent damage to the electronics. So I will trickle charge the battery with the terminals disconnected. I will also put fuel stabilizer in the tank to prevent the fuel going bad since it will be stored for quite some time. I've read somewhere that the hydraulic suspension might be damage if the truck is on jack stand for long term. Reason being, the shock now has to suspend the heavy wheel and it might cause a leak. The tires has been aired to 45 PSI to prevent flat spot. But if no damage will occur with it on jack stand, then I might go that route. Is there anything else I need to do other than the aforementioned items?

You don't want to "trickle charge." You want a maintainer such as the one I provided a link to. I've used various C-Teck on Porsche, Audi, Lexus, Chevrolet, Tractors, and lawn mowers for years and have
achieved extraordinary battery life.

What's the difference between trickle charging and a battery maintainer?

Not an expert, but basically maintainers do not supply an uninterrupted current. They are "smart" in that they measure battery voltage. Trickle chargers supply a constant flow of current as long as connected, resulting in overcharging the battery.
