Pole Position
Oil filter...TRD, with plastic bottom cup changed to aluminum.
Engine and cabin air filters...Wix Gold from NAPA...normally they'll have half-off sales twice a year.
Differential oil...Mobil 1 or Valvoline 75W-90 synthetic.
Transfer case...Though 'Yota recommends Toyota 75W transfer case oil, it runs $75 per liter. Dealers normally substitute the same oil as used in the diff's to avoid sticker shock. Some discussion in that regard here $75 / liter Transfer Case Oil. Since the 200 series was introduced in 2008, no reported issues with non-Toyota oil. Slightly off topic...it's important to use low-range periodically on a gravel or dirt road, maybe every 2 weeks or so for a few miles.
