Buying/pricing experience on 2018 3 row

I'm thinking about upgrading my GX to an LX.

Can anyone share recent buying experiences on 2018 3 row loaded?

They gave me a price of 92k +TTL on a pearl white/Cabernet fully loaded and wouldn’t budge anymore because there aren’t very many with Cabernet interiors in my neck of the woods (Texas). I ended up going for a CPO 2017 fully loaded that I pick up at the end of the week

I think there is a $5k rebate in the NE right now. Not sure if different in other locales
