Yes, same problem. The longer it sits the worse it gets. Something needs to to be lubed, just have not had a chance to investigate.

Yep, drive it more. Drove it a lot over the last 3 days & it shifts fine. I'm sure something needs to be lubed.

I have the same issue on my '09 when it's not driven for a few days.

Go under the car and lubricate the shift linkage. It runs down the side of the transmission and has multiple joints that are starting to rust on mine. I started by taking the console apart, cleaning and lubricating the shifter with silicone spray.
No change in shifting until I sprayed the linkage underneath.
