Default headers and high flow exhaust system

Hi everyone.
I am new to the Lexus clan and this forum.
Just bought myself a LX570 2008 model with 142000km on the clock.
Never driven one of these before and it's by far the smoothest ride I have been in and plenty of features and power
I like many others on this forum have a thirst for horsepower/kw and the more the better.
I have just sold my 80 series landcruiser which I fitted a LS1 in it and now dearly miss the power.
The purchase of the Lexus apart from being an all round awesome car was partly also selected on the size of the engine and it's smooth and effortless performance
Unfortunately it is too quiet for me and also lacking my LS1 performance I got used to
I know the LX570 is meant to be a luxury car that is designed to be quiet, but a little noise and a bit more grunt never hurt anyone.
My question is:
Has anyone replaced the factory manifolds with a set of headers / extractors and also replaced the exhaust system including adding high flow catalytic converters?
If they have did you require a retune/dyno run etc?
I was advised by someone that the computer cannot be tuned and with a new exhaust on the engine monitoring light may come on.
Can anyone share what they have done to get some V8 noise and a little more performance from the engine as I am sure it has been detuned significantly from factory.
I am in Australia and I am yet to speak to anyone that has heard of playing around with exhausts and tunes for this car
Thanks

John

Welcome, I suggest posting this on the 200 series section of ib8mud which is more performance oriented. Both have been done.
