I think it's only show in the reverse not the front cam

I never really pay attention about the grid lines when i back out on my LX, but i know for sure my 14" Gx has two yellow lines and one red line when i put in reverse, i will check out LX tomorrow to see is has the grid lines like the GX?

I think that it's O.K. You should get the yellow guide lines on your last photo if you turn your steering wheel. It should look like this:

Please look at the manual. The grid lines can be turned on or off. As you pointed out, the bottom right shows "!" mark that need to adjust.
