A wheel spacer will give a more aggressive look but I don't want to make any more modifications. I do have 7mm&14mm spaces on my 911 which transforms the look of the car.

I'm currently bolting some 1" spacers to my car in preparation for some meaty 33" tires. 305/55/20. It'll be tight, but should fit fine based on my research.

I am not a fan of spacers, but if it looks good, let me know. I might even run stagger setup. Post some pics when you have it done.

Neither am I. I looked wide and far to come up with a way to do 305's without spacers. In the end, there is just no good wheel selection to get the offset I need (~40mm). The rockwarriors are getting impossible to source, and frankly, I don't want 17's as they trade off too much on road performance. There is such a thing as too much sidewall, as they make steering response not as sharp. With 20's and 33" tires, there will still be plenty of sidewall for the type of off-roading I do. I don't want my rig only off-road oriented. Expanded but balanced capability is what I'm looking for.

What is the current offset for the factory 21" wheels? I think it is a 5x150 bolt pattern, right?

Yes, 5x150.
Looks like 54mm. The 20" OEM wheels (and OEM Land Cruiser 18x8) are 60mm, while the Rock Warriors are 50mm offset.
