80k mile service LX 570
My LX is in for the 80kmile service and receive a phone call telling me I need fluid changes. The coolant, transmission, front diff and rear diff is what I am being told that need to be changed. Does this sound correct? BTW...this is a travel queen, not owing or off road use.
Please advise,
Jamie

If you haven't done them yet, absolutely. We have followed the maintenance schedule religiously. Ours is at 125k miles and drives just as well (honestly, no difference, lol) as my brother's '13 with 30k miles.

If it were my truck, I'd also have them flush and change fluid in the AHC system now...and that's whether or not Lexus calls for the service now.
You can go to the Lexus website's owner's section and find what needs to be changed and when.

Thanks for advise. I have completed all dealer recommendations to date. This is the first time these services have been mentioned. I was not at my normal Lexus dealer today and I just wanted to make sure that it was time and not a just a service offered to new customers. It could just be me, the Jag dealership (wife's car) has me device shy.
Thanks again,
Jamie

...meaning, I'm not particularly sold on "lifetime" transmission fluid, as an example.
