Default Steering Wheel Winkles

My steering wheel start having winkles within the first month, still under 1,000 miles.

Brought the car to the dealer, and they sent the picture out, the respond is "Unfortunately at this time their position is that the leather lays up in different patterns in different areas and are not considering it a warrantable defect"

Then contacted the customer hotline to file a case, now it was fixed

Here are some pictures, it will happen behind the wheel, and it seems to happen not just on my car

Damn, your LX is a first yr model and it will have a lot of problem later on. I can trade my 2013 to your 1016 even and I will take the headache of dealing with your 16

My gosh! This isn't even a first-world problem- it's more like a 0.1%-er problem. Shame on Toyota! 😂
