For those of you with car seats, I will have a rear facing and a toddler car seat. If I place one seat on the outside and the other in the middle, will the other outboard seat be able to fold for access to the back?

If both seats are on the driver's side, you can still fold the passenger side down. Much in the owner's manual about mounting car seats,

Most likely not, unless your toddler seat is very narrow.

The second row is basically 40/60 split. My 4-year old's car seat, if I mount it in the middle, is wide enough to block the outboard seat from folding forward to allow 3rd row access.
