Default need help with purchase ASAP

TIA,
Went to a dealer to check the differences in a new 570 & my 2003 LX470. After driving a couple of cars we talked $. I was planning on getting serious about a new vehicle in about 1-2 years as my 2003 is in great shape and only has well maintained 180k miles. The improvements are certainly nice and much better than a Chevy pickup I had on my future list. I have a farm truck and really don't need a truck...

So here's the deal I would like your advice on:
2014 with 27 miles
White with tan interior
Extras include:
Rear dusk screen DVD, wireless headphones
Front & side monitor cameras
Luxury package
Mark Levinson system
Paint protection film
Remote start
MSRP- 93,108.00
Price quoted 83,930 (+TTT)

So what would you do?

I did ask him what he knew about future chances..
He said small dash tweak for 2015
Redesign end in 2017 as a 2018 model

If you're asking if it's a good deal, sounds like a decent deal to me. At minimum, it's sounds like a pretty "fair" deal. That said, if you're looking for bottom dollar type deal, I would think you could get another $500-1,000 off that price fairly easily. Especially with end of month around the corner too.

For reference...we paid just over $83k (+TTL) for similarly equipped model (in DFW area), early this year (January). The only thing we didn't get was the Paint Protection Film.

Love the car, aside from the mileage. No clue on future models. My guess is 2017 or 18. Toyota (Lexus) money makers are in the Crossover (think Highlander or RX). I would bet on them introducing a larger RX (3 rows) first (at least from a business/numbers perspective). In any case - good luck! We've enjoyed ours and since you've had the 470; you know how reliable they are.

Thanks for your thoughts.
I forgot to ask a question about the tires. They have Dunlop mud and snow tires on the vehicle. We live in south Georgia and the car will most likely never see mud or show while I have it. I was thinking about having them switch the tires at their expense to Michelin road tires.

Does anyone know if some of these vehicles come with Michelin's that they could do a switch?

Thanks

Well, deal has been sealed & decided to stay with the Dunlops after talking to my tire guy. They're delivering the vehicle to us tomorrow.

Congrats! You're going to love it.

Regarding your question about tires -- ours have the Dunlops (honestly didn't even think to ask the Dealer about swapping to Michelins (I like the Latitude Series and also looked at the MXV I think). In any case, these Dunlops are about $350 each and the Michelins I looked at are about $220 each, so I know which way I plan to go when I ned to replace the Dunlops. (our other vehicles have all worn Michelin). We actually caught a nail in the sidewall and had to replace (1) at about 1,200 miles. Otherwise, we've loved our LX so far. We also added the WeatherTech mats to it -- good look and fits well. (and protects carpet, etc.). OUR (mine, I guess...wife seems happy) is that we the Tan interior, which is beautiful, but our 1 year old is about to let us know that was a mistake

Enjoy!

The dunlops are apparently rated at an additional 1,000 lbs. capacity than the Michelin latitude. The latitude ones on my 470 went 55,000mi. With 35,000mi on the 570 I think I'll be lucky if the Dunlops go another 10k. Guess I'm on the fence come replacement time.
