can anybody tell me which solenoid is D soleniod on this pic pls ????

I think we will need a better problem statement to help you better, but I believe "Solenoid D" refers to the circuit and not a particular part. After doing a quick search, most people seem to have a more complete error of "Shift Solenoid D" which typically involves a problem in the transmission. If this is your error the p/n 35240 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 3WAY. SOLENOID ASSY, TRANS is most likely the part you are looking for. However, having stated this you should definitely validate your error code(s) and p/n with your local Lexus parts department and investigate your fault further prior to parts swapping.
