Hi, this is my first post and i hope that some one can help me ....
i've purchased recently my LX 570 / 2013 from the U.S, then i shipped it out to Kuwait (Middle East), i'm trying to find out a way to change the Maps on the GPS system to the current region, beside the unites such as Temperature and KM instead of Mile, i know for sure it's only a mater of replacing a chip or reprograming the hard disk, but i need more info regarding the steps and how to get or order the chip or the the flash memory in order to re-program it ...

P.s. i contacted Lexus.com and customer care but they ware useless, and they refer me to the local dealer, and unfortunately the local and the only dealer here refuse to admit my LX because it was not purchased from them. so I'm counting on you all ....

I would call Lexus again and tell them that your dealer refuses to support their product and see if LExus can pressure them into helping!
