Has anyone popped off the hitch cover?

I'm using a screwdriver to pry it off but it still doesn't come off. What am I missing? Thanks for the help.

Little retainer clip at the bottom. Look at page 23 in this PDF.

Thanks very much, especially for including the PDF. Mine pops out 1/4 of an inch or so but that's it. I'll keep working on it.

Mine was a little difficult at first. I got lazy and do not put it back on as I carry the bikes and the jetski often. I am lucky and the hardware is dark/black and matches my LX.
