Default LED headlight question 2010 LX

Proud new owner of a 2010 LX 570 CL fam!

Has anyone upgraded their headlights on the series 200 yet? I've seen a few different vendors selling these newer look headlights above but have not seen them on any cars aside from the sellers pictures. They also cost a ton so wanted to see if anyone has taken the plunge before placing an order. Thanks!

Not seen these, looking good though. Curious if they put good light output. Seen a lot of 2 gen IS and ISF onwers have similar setup and they seem happy.

When i had my 08 I upgraded to quality HIDs in fogs and headlights.
i was looking for for more light output than just looks.

thats a good option too.

Found another vendor with better pictures and prices, thinking I may take the plunge, they look absolutely stunning! If anyone wants to do a group buy let me know, sure pricing will come out even better! Cheers!

Generally headlights are one place the aftermarket can't even come close to original build quality. You'll notice this in poor light pattern, lenses that yellow much faster than OEM, low quality connectors and wiring, etc.

I'd strongly consider using lightwerks or a similar reputable shop to modify your existing OEM housings if you must have that look.

These lens look like / very similar to the new Lexus tri-lens units. It would be a BIG + if they use the actual lens from newer Lexus. Also those LX that already have HID (auto adjust beam angle) would be an issue? Will it throw a code? I think it's better, like what hankinid said.... go buy yourself an OEM LX headlight assembly, have one of those HID Retrofitter do the retrofit for you...beam pattern will be 'perfect', nice wide bright light!

I'd also add that if you're in a state with routine vehicle inspections, you could perhaps have issues if your lights are not US DOT approved.

I hear ya, I had to retrofit the housing on one of my old 100 series LXs to get the led bulb to fit in there.

If so, see my posts #4 and #6 above. Avoid Chinesium junk.

Bill, I've removed your phone number. Recognize you might be trying to figure out what to do on the forum and how things work... just type your question and push reply. No need for personal details
