Just picked up this console for my 2011 LX570.
Fits fairly well. The lip covers half the gasket, which (for now) makes me think it would still allow for the console lid to seal. I can see how the sharp plastic may eat into the foam/rubber over time. Thinking rubber edge trim on the insert lip might help alleviate that issue.
