How To Change the Start Up Image

I am trying to change the Startup Image in a 2015 LX. I have fallowed the direction in the manual and have had no luck getting it to work. It says It can't find the images or file not found. Any tips on getting this to work?

Assume you are doing the same. i could not get it to work.
