I have an 00 LC and an 03 LS430. I am a regular on the Ih8mud forum and follow the LS forum on here. Forums always contain the best advice and the first place I begin my research.

I have a friend that I am helping look for an 08 or 09 LX570. He wants one with less than 60K miles. He currently has an 03 LX with 220,000 trouble free miles on it. just looking to upgrade.

I read through all 16 pages of the LX forum looking for gripes or problems that have shown up but didn't really have any luck. Can you tell me any glaring problems that have shown up? Is the 09 more trouble free than the 08 just because it is the second year.
