I would think so. I think mine was installed at the port of entry per my dealer's request.
It looks like a module that is attached to the ceiling. I would guess the first step is talk to your dealer and see if it is available

Yep, I talked to my friend at Lexus and he said all the wiring would be in the roof area ready to go. The standard wire harness would include this option even if it was not installed.
Might have to reprogram the NAV? Who knows but I bet the dealership could do it for $$$
