Hi Guys,

I am into buying LX470 and wounder about Arm Rest Fridge as the one which I am going to buy is US spec ,so the question here is that; does the US spec LX470 comes with Arm Rest Fridge as I notice that the UK and Japanese has?

100 series trucks for the North American market do not come with an armrest cooler.

Thanks for the answer on that. I was wondering about this as the LX570 has it now. I figured the LX470 had it as an option since the LS430 had the cooler back then.

the LS430 had it since 2001 on Full Ultra model but it is sham that LX470 did not have while it is to of the line on Lexus SUV

The LS is a very high volume vehicle v. a 100 series. Depending on the market, you'll see different features or options based on where the truck will end up. Exports for the North American market are a drop in the bucket v. the LS.


It may be a "top of the line" SUV, but the 100 series trucks were virtually ignored in Toyota marketing and advertising. Toyota sells every Land Cruiser and LX they make close to msrp.

yeah my Land Cruiser had it in Dubai.....that thing was awesome. Chilled drinks almost to freezing in no time. My LX470 here in Maryland alas does not...have not heard of any US market vehicles having it.
yes, my LS430 Ultra has one, but a poor imitation of the Land Cruiser version.
