Another project I have been working on is the Headlights.
I swapped in SC430 HID projectors with aftermarket TSX-R lenses and have been very happy with the results.
I've done quite a few retrofits in the past and this one was pretty simple.
I'm still working on the final rear projector bulb caps but I have a temporary in place now to keep it sealed.
I'm sorry I don't have any output shots but if you Google "SC430 TSX-R lens" you will find information on it.
Here are some pictures of different steps along the way.
Comparing stock projectors to the SC430 projectors.

...and a few more pictures.
Basically, you trim the mounting feet off the SC430 projector, cut and trim the LX projector down to just the mounting plate, and then sandwich them together.
A little more work could make them a little more pretty but as I get older I don't worry as much about "perfection" as it's unattainable anyway.

Dude that looks AWESOME! I love the color, awning and the tent. If you have links or leads on where I can get them that would be great. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery

Thanks! I’m trying to keep up with you. The awning was from carid.com and the tent was from iH8mud classifieds but the company website is https://cascadiatents.com/. I still need a second battery (like you), fridge/freezer, and mini grille for ultimate camping/tailgating potential.
